Pizzeria management software: what you actually need in 2025

Neapolitan, by-the-slice or takeaway pizzeria: the operational needs change. Here's what to look for and what to skip.

A pizzeria isn't a restaurant. Volumes are higher, timing is tighter, and the oven is the bottleneck that sets the pace for the entire service. Software built for an à la carte restaurant can perform poorly in a high-volume pizzeria — and the reverse is just as true.
